You'll need a valid Category A motorcycle license held for at least 2 years, a valid passport or national ID, and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. Non-EU riders must also carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their national license.

Yes, cross-border travel is allowed into EU/Schengen countries (Hungary, Bulgaria) with prior written approval. Travel to non-EU countries such as Moldova, Ukraine, or Serbia is not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Let us know your planned route when booking and we'll sort the paperwork.

Every rental includes 24/7 roadside assistance across Romania. Call our emergency line and we'll either send a mechanic to your location or arrange a replacement bike. If the breakdown is not caused by rider negligence, all recovery costs are covered by us.

Every rental comes with a premium helmet and a phone/GPS mount. Riding jackets, gloves, and boots are available to rent separately. We strongly recommend bringing your own gear for the best fit and comfort on multi-day rides.

A refundable deposit between €500 and €1,500 (depending on the bike) is pre-authorized on your credit card at pickup. No cash is taken. The hold is released within 5–10 business days after you return the bike in good condition. Debit cards are not accepted for deposits.

Standard insurance (included in every rental) covers third-party liability and theft. You are responsible for a damage excess of up to €1,500. We offer an optional Premium Protection package that reduces your excess to €0 for an additional €15/day.

Rentals of 3 days or fewer include 250 km/day. Weekly rentals and longer come with unlimited mileage. Extra kilometers on short rentals are charged at €0.25/km — but upgrading to a weekly rate almost always works out cheaper.

All pickups and returns happen at our headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, just 15 minutes from Cluj International Airport. We can arrange a free airport transfer on the day of pickup. One-way drops to Bucharest or Sibiu are available for an additional fee.

Cancel more than 14 days before your rental start date for a full refund. Between 7–14 days, you receive a 50% refund or a full-value voucher for a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but the booking can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

It depends on the route. The Transfăgărășan and most touring routes are fully paved and suitable for confident road riders. Maramureș includes mixed terrain (gravel, dirt) and requires some off-road comfort. We clearly mark difficulty levels on every tour so you can choose what fits your skill level.

Bikes are handed over with a full tank and should be returned full. If the tank isn't full on return, we'll charge a refueling fee at market rate plus a €15 service charge. Romania has frequent fuel stations on all major routes — we mark the best stops on your GPS guide.

Absolutely — just call or message us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the standard daily rate. If you're on a weekly rate, we'll prorate the extra days at the same discounted rate.
